Bereavement Counselling
Helping you to find peace and acceptance of your devastating loss
Pet Bereavement Counselling
Losing your best friend is all-consuming. Animals give us unconditional love and ask for nothing in return. In having a deep, personal understanding of grief I achieved the highest possible result of 100% across all 8 modules when undertaking the Pet Bereavement Counsellor qualification. I now share this skill in helping others to cope with the feelings of overwhelming loss.

Bereavement & Grief
Grief is a natural process, but it can be devastating and completely overwhelming.
Grief is universal. At some point in everyone’s life, there will be at least one encounter with grief. It may be from the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, the end of a relationship, or any other change that alters life as you know it.
Grief is also very personal. It’s not very neat or linear. It doesn’t follow any timelines or schedules. You may cry, become angry, withdraw, feel empty. None of these things are unusual or wrong. Everyone grieves differently, but there are some commonalities in the stages and the order of feelings experienced during grief.
With an empathic and non-judgemental approach, I am here to support you through your bereavement and the journey of grief.
