Who is the reset retreat for? 

 

Are you stressed out, overwhelmed, have poor sleep patterns, or are you just always too busy for YOU time?? Then this TOTAL reset is totally for you!!

The only requirement for this ladies' ultimate reset retreat is to be female!

Come on a journey of discovery and positive relaxation.

Held in the beautiful sunshine district of Cabo Roig. Spain.

Cabo Roig

Cabo Roig can be found 10 kilometers to the south of Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca in eastern Spain.

Less than one hour’s drive from Alicante Airport and around 30 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport.

About town
The delightful town of old Cabo Roig has broad avenues lined with palms and landscaped gardens with views of the Mediterranean to the La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor providing a picturesque setting alongside the lovely beaches.

Golf
Cabo Roig is an excellent location for golfers, being close to many fine championship courses, including the three Villamartin courses. The world-famous La Manga golf complex is also within easy reach.

Beaches
There are many fine blue flag beaches close by. The beach next to Cabo Roig's marina is very popular, with excellent views.

Cuisine
Cuisine from the Costa Blanca combines delicacies from both land and the Mediterranean
Sea. Many civilizations have lived in this area (Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans, Muslims), all of which have all left their mark on gastronomy.

The diet is a typical, healthy Mediterranean one; the Costa Blanca is rich in fish, vegetables, olive oil, rice, and fruit and the ingredients which are all used to prepare delicious, healthy dishes, such as Paella Valenciana, Arroz Negro (black rice), Arroz al Horno (Oven-baked rice), Arroz a banda (fish and rice stew), Arroz del Señoret (Prince's rice).

If you have a sweet tooth then you will enjoy the local homemade pastries and deserts that the area is famous for. Or Jijona ice cream (Nougat), which is made with the almonds of the region.

While on the Costa Blanca you can delight the palate with the wonderful regional wine selection. It’s worth giving a special mention to the local wine ‘Jalon’, due to its quality and bouquet.

There are many international restaurants close by offering a wide choice of different cuisines from around the world.

Climate
The Cabo Roig enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the
average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an
ideal all-year-round destination.

YOUR ULTIMATE RESET RETREAT

We have two x 3 bedroom homes, on a private gated complex with 2 pools. Both homes have 2 large sun terraces each and 2 bathrooms each. You can choose which 'Reset Pad" and which room you prefer on the booking tool below. On arrival at your accommodation, there is a welcome basket for all and consists of many free goodies to help you enjoy your stay and feel totally spoiled.

Take your time to explore the area and we meet for dinner at 6.30 pm (dinner Included)

Reset Days - We will begin our day, poolside or on the beach, with meditation and yoga. Creating a mindful and not mind full start to our day.

Breakfast is served in one of our local restaurants and consists of anything on the menu you desire.

Our morning sessions will be from 10.30 am-12.30 pm Soft drinks and snacks are included.

We break for lunch daily at 12.30 and meet for lunch and soft drinks at 1 pm. Lunch is included on all reset days. (email for detailed itinerary) The venue will vary.

Our afternoon sessions run from 2.30 pm-4.30 pm and again include soft drinks and snacks.

All sessions will be held on either one of our beautiful sun terraces or inside Pad 2 (email for further details)

Claire, your host and event planner is available to book your choice of evening restaurant for dinner (evening meals not included except on the day of arrival)

Sunday is your day to do totally as you choose, again, Claire can coordinate any activities or bookings that you wish. (There is no additional charge for Claire's services)

All reset sessions are hosted by Kerry Cattell BA(Hons) DipHE MCMA

Kerry will also be available to book for a 1:1 session during your stay. (limited availability, please enquire before your stay)

Return flights from East Midlands Airport flying to Alicante (additional charges may be incurred if you wish to fly from a different airport)

Return airport transfer from Alicante to Cabo Roig (and back)

Our amazing event host and planner, Claire, is at your disposal. Claire can organise and book any outings you wish to go on, run errands, book restaurants, book taxis etc.
